About Me

The greatest teacher is life itself

I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), San Francisco USA

At CIIS I took a BA which covered Self, Community and Global thought and view point.

I trained in Grief Counseling and Motivation Therapy by The Healthy Options Team. Working with people with Drug related HIV. A short psychosynthesis course with: www.psychosynthesis.edu

I would also have read an unhealthy amount of Psychology, psychotherapy and self help books, to take as many little gems of wisdom from them as possible. At the College of Psychic Studies where I later went on to teach. Higher levels of Mediumship at Arthur Findlay College

Affiliate member of Parapsychological association USA www.parapsych.org

My work is as a powerful activist for change. Not just on a one to one level with clients but also in community and my involvement with global issues. I believe there are many ways to make the world a better place. Now more than ever we need to shift in the way with have been thinking and conducting our lives. My work is primarily is as a teacher of a change in prospective. To widen our vision to see hear and understand more than we thought was possible. It seems to me that many of us live by the voice in our heads and limit our understanding of the world just to the mind (egos) perception. In fact there are multiple ways of knowing: who you are, what you what and how to live a passionate life. Many of these ways of knowing have a far clearer message than the ‘Monkey mind’ of the ego. Being able to move though life in ‘knowing’ ways means we make better choices with our families, money, life’s purpose, community and the environment. I am one of those people who steps into a space and transforms it. It doesn’t always make me popular but shift happens!

"Your reading was helpful in many ways. It was very personal and funny... you acknowledged me for who I am. It gave me a sense of peace and calm and lightness. Before we talked I had had a feeling as if I was running on a treadmill, exhausted but couldn't step off it. Now I can just be myself and enjoy it". Anon
