We develop an understanding of 'self' from life experience. However we often reach a point when we are ready for a growth spurt. My teleclasses, talks, workshops, courses and retreats are with that potential growth in mind.

I teach is to give a deeper sense of 'self' to the student through their own path. I make sure that journey takes place in a safe held environment that not only is full of joy and humour, but empathy and connection to fellow students. Even for the on-line courses there is always a point of contact during the study time. There is nothing better than a moment of realisation, a 'light blub on' moment that deepens our love of life.
Workshops are followed up with a free on-line class meet ups for any questions and 'top up' support after the workshop.
